He is experienced in working for well-known European restaurants, including those that awarded of Michelin stars. During his long haul through the world of gastronomy (more over than 20 years) he completed all the stages of work in the kitchen, ranging from washing dishes and making burgers in MacDonalds. But he traded up his European work in Geneva for the life in Novosibirsk, and now he successfully applies his French experience here.
Personally and with special attention he approves products for the kitchen on the market and from the trusted farmers. He is excellent with herbs so he pays a lot of attention to them in his recipes. Olga used to be an engineer for more over then 10 years, but by means of love to food and well drinks she has held position of the manager in the wine restaurant and she copes it perfectly, she has assembled a team, which is constant over the years and solves tenacity the most difficult tasks.
Moreover Olga completes end keeps an eye on the extensive wine list, and she always gets the preferences of the guests right. Olga can hold a conversation on any topic related to wine, she has a WSET's Level 2 Award in Wines from the London Wine & Spirit Education Trust and continuously upgrades stage of her skills.

Emilina the main Ambassador of Pardon my French, she is the first female waiter of the bar. She has conquered Olga for the first sight and blend in team rapidly. Being positive and solicitous she sinks into the guests' heart so they return again and again. She makes home-made liquors, creates and produces its inside and out. She spending her spare time writing poetry and riding snowboard. Her hobby is wine, she has a WSET's Level 2 Award in Wines from the London Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

Vitali is the main humorist and the most charming waiter in the wine bar. He is been working for Pardon my French since the opening. He is a huge fan of the humanities, he likes to read, enjoys mixology and regularly practices in mixing cocktails either at home or at work. He enchants guests with his manner of speech, sense of humour and reverberating laughter.
Vitali Firsov
A family man, a father of two kids, a true professional in his field. He can keep up a conversation on any topic and captivate even the most uncommunicative guests. He is fond of e-sports and wine, constantly improving his knowledge. Slowly and beautifully does his job, this makes the guests fall in love with him.
Yaroslav Blohin
Mikhail is the youngest person in the team, he is hardworking and responsible, he is tenacious in his work, he surprises our team with his skills and achievements despite on that his working experience is not so extensive. He is wise beyond his years. He is a fan of literature and theatre, he often goes to the opera. He spends his leisure time reading as well as fishing and making excellent strong home-made liquors in the company with his grandfather.
Mikhail Komov
Semyon the most unflappable person from Pardon my French team, he is a family-man and just a great guy. His hobby is numismatic collecting, he likes gathering mushrooms and berries, he is good in meat from selecting to cooking and likes oriental cuisine. He takes care of his beloved wife as well as about team and guests of our restaurant. He indulges his team the most delicious home-cooking meals and surprises guests with excellent-thought-out served dishes.
Semyon Melnikov
Aisath is cheerful, never worrying mom of two sons, the first female in the kitchen of Pardon my French, she used to work as a dishwasher, but soon showed her multipurposeness and was transferred to the kitchen.
